MEET THE LIFE SKILLS RESOURCE GROUP PROFESSIONALS

Cindy S. Fabico, MA,
National Certified Counselor,
Licensed Mental Health Counselor-MH #8555

CIGNA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Provider

I enjoy working with adults and adolescents individually, as part of a couple, family, or group.

My work is centered in 3 area, Couple’s and Family Therapy, Life Coaching, EFT.  In my work with couples and families I focus on repairing connection, improving communication, and reigniting passion.  As a Life Coach I partner with my clients to transform their lives through values clarification, identifying self-limiting beliefs, goal structuring, and accountability.  The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an emotional, needle free version of acupuncture that is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between your body's subtle energies, your emotions, and your health. EFT has been reported successful in thousands of cases covering a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues. It often works where nothing else will.

I feel confident that our work together will move your life in a positive direction.

Amy Smith, M.S.
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
IMH #6997

It is my passion to help children and adults through individual and group counseling find balance while they are struggling with life changing events and the daily pressures in their lives.  I believe active listening, empathy, and the therapeutic relationship provide the foundation for positive change through counseling.

I understand that children often do not have the vocabulary to express their feelings and need to be able to do so through other mediums such as play, art, games, and sand tray work.

I can help with ADHD, defiance, depression, anxiety, divorce, grief and loss, anger, self-esteem, and other concerns. It would be my privilege to help guide you or your child to make positive changes in your lives.

I can be reached by phone at 407-435-1509 or e-mail amyvsmith@earthlink.net for a FREE consultation or to set an appointment.
