I received both my Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I am currently a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern. I have experience in crisis intervention and recovery from traumatic injury. I have experience in the inpatient medical and behavioral health settings. I am open minded and compassionate, with a sense of humor. Let me be a safe sounding board to vent your emotions without fear of judgment.

I will use a collaborative, strengths based approach that can be modified for each person. I mostly practice solution focused therapy with an emphasis on behavioral changes that affect the way you think. You will be surprised how much you can accomplish with empowerment and encouragement!
