My experience in life and as a Mental Health Professional have taught me

down the path of healing and wholeness.
As your therapist my commitment to you is to provide confidential,
> competent, knowledgeable therapeutic services in a confidential, supporting, nurturing and safe environment while assisting you with your life
challenges
with compassion and understanding.
My areas of focus include depression and other mood disorders, anxiety,
relationship issues, children and adolescents, parenting skills training,
grief and loss, trauma, coping with illness, low self esteem, self
sabotaging behaviors and personal growth. I hold a Master's degree in
Mental
Health Counseling with a certification in Marriage and Family Counseling
from the University of Central Florida. I enjoy helping children, teens and adults
of all ages overcome challenges and heal past wounds in order to lead a
more
fulfilling productive life. My therapeutic approach emphasizes a holistic,
